This was from the extinct eocene mackerel shark. It is from the phosphate beds in Morocco. The Moroccans typically piece these teeth together using parts or just a paste filler. This tooth is intact and is all original including the cusps on each side of the main tooth. The root has be repaired but is also all original. |
