16hhsh.ts ((TETRAHEDRITE, SPHALERITE, GALENA, PYRITE)), $50 MINIMUM BID, Daly-Judge Mine, Park City, Summit County, Utah, 4.5 x 4 x 2 cm, Miniature

There is a 3.5 x 3.5 x 2.5 cm area of Sphalerite and a 4 x 3.5 x 1 cm area of Tetrahedrite and a 3 x 2 x 1.5 cm area with two columns of cubo octahedral Galena crystals. Matrix of lustrous cubic Pyrite crystals. Some crystals have smooth surfaces, some striated and some with slight octahdral modifications. Side ways total view has Galena area center right and Sphalerite area left side. Upright view has Tetrahedrite area center top. Specimens with fully formed undamaged Tetrahedrite crystals are very expensive. This was from the one time find about late 80's. ex Solon Hammack collection
