 | This is a smelter by product from old inefficent Zinc Furnaces. Modern furnaces do not have this zincite formed any longer. Twenty years ago some dealers entire booths were Zincite. Now it is uncommon to see any for sale except in metaphysical shops selling by the gram. The majority is held in collections throughout the world. This is from a small to medium size lot I purchased many years ago. The last 3 larger pieces that I had saved, I took to Denver and sold all three. This small specimen just showed up again in some of my stock. |
