6hlkmis ((BYSSOLITE)), $15 MINIMUM BID, Keystone Trap Rock Quarry, Cornog, Chester County, Pennsylvania, 8 x 4.5 x 2.5 cm, Cabinet

Here is old material from a US classic location which is now a water filled quarry hole. That means you need scuba gear for collecting wet minerals. This is a light weight mat of Byssolite and looks like a miniature brillo pad. This specimen has half without the iron staining and half with the brown iron oxide from the Pyrite pseudomorphing although I do not see any pseudos on the Byssolite, ex Rick Hafer collection.
