_small.jpg) | Lustrous sharp Tetrahedrite crystals. Specimens from this lot were listed previously. U of U did the ID and believes they area from a Park City mine based on the source of the specimens. A mindat photo from Bringham Canyon mine has Calcite that looks alot like the Calcite crystals on these. I thought they match and thought they were actually from Bingham Canyon mine. These were from donated specimens without an exact label but were thought to be from Park City. I would keep in mind they could be Bingham Canyon Open Pit Copper Mine or could be just labeled Utah. ex U of U Geology Dept. collection. |
