gallery is a mix of Aragonite specimens from Sioux Ajax Mine, Tintic
District, Utah. These were mined early this year by a local Utah field
collector/miner. They are extremely fragile with many being broken and
destroyed in the collecting and recovery process. I purchased the entire
lot offered early this year. At least this is what I believed at the time.
The specimens on this page come in a Althor plastic box which has a black base
and clear plastic top with the dimensions 3 1/2 x 1 5/8 x 1 5/8 inches.
The styrofoam is hot glued to the base and the specimen is hot glued to the
styrofoam. November
